SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all of our items Royal Mail first class unless otherwise stated. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Please contact us if you have any special delivery requirements.
Please contact us if you would like to collect your item in person, collection times will need to be pre-agreed to ensure we're here for you (not out in the fields!!).
RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on meat products, but if you feel you're not happy with your items for any reason please get in touch, and we will endeavour to resolve your situation.
For all other products if for any reason you are not satisfied you can return them to us in good and unused condition. We will issue you a replacement or a refund depending on the situation. We do not cover postage costs for returns, or refund initial postage costs.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept payments from all major cards via our secure online system. Please follow the check out instructions which will guide you through the process. We also accept payments via PayPal.
If you're collecting your products in person we can arrange for cash payments, however please ensure you bring the correct change as we don't always have some.
