There is self-catering accommodation available on the farm, that is available to book through our website: www.outdoorhotel.co.uk
A limited amount of overnight parking will be available but must be approved in advance of arrival.
Supper Club starts around 18:30 – and finishes around 22:30 (please arrive 15 minutes prior to start time).
For those who have been approved to park overnight (by request only), you are welcome to arrive from 17:00 on the day and must leave by 10:00 the next day.
If you have booked self-catering accommodation, please follow the check in times issued through your booking.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to cater for specific dietary requirements at our supper club events.
We take the health and wellbeing of our guests very seriously. Unfortunately, given the remote area and outdoor environment, we are unable to cater for allergies at this time. We are a very small operation so cross-contamination may occur inadvertently.

The evening meal includes a welcome drink and an after-dinner drink. Chilled water will be available on the table throughout the meal.
If you are wanting something a little stronger to compliment your experience you are welcome to bring your own.
Please note we have a zero-tolerance policy on antisocial behaviour (please see our terms and conditions) so please drink responsibly.
Our supper clubs are seasonal and can be changed throughout the year to reflect the seasonal produce we work with, though typically Supper Clubs consist of:
A delicious, 5+ course dining experience including welcome drinks and after dinner drinks. Starting at 18:30. You will be welcomed by Ruth the farmer at Low Auldgirth, and each course will be introduced by the chef.
Not strictly, there is no dress code, and you can wear what you like.
However, please take into consideration the rustic location, time of year and changeable weather in Scotland with frequent wet, windy and sometimes cold spells.
Woolly hats and welly boots are welcome!
We recommend wearing warm and waterproof layers of clothing and sturdy footwear even if the forecast is for sunshine. Please also note that there may be midges, so we recommend packing midge spray too.
As a small working farm, it is both our pride and our passion to produce delicious and highly nutritious food for our fabulous guests to enjoy.
All the meat on our menu comes from our very own organic and regenerative farm.
We also work closely with the amazing Galloway Food Hub to source the rest of our ingredients from small scale, sustainable and local growers and producers who live right here alongside us in Dumfries and Galloway.
There are one or two items which we have had to source from further afield, but these have all been painstakingly criticked to be both as delicious and sustainable as possible.
Even the wood fuelling the fire your food is cooked on has come from our sustainably managed woodland right here on the farm.
It’s a true celebration of local food that not only tastes delicious but celebrates a true taste of Dumfries and Galloway, that works in harmony with nature.
