So, it seems logical that we take an evening to really celebrate our hearty fare and share with you the bounty of our hard work. Celebrating, slow grown, sustainable produce that will fill your heart and your belly. A dining experience like no other.

MEET THE CHEF
With a signature style that's rooted in simplicity and elegance Darren Ross indulges in his passion for utilising local, seasonal ingredients and open flame cooking to create truly unique dining experiences.
Darren's talent to work with natural, seasonal flavours, to create dishes which are both inventive and comforting makes him the perfect person to bring our farm feast to the table.
OUR SUPPER CLUBS
Welcome to Field Fare a rustic, off grid supper club experience. Take a seat at our long table and spend an evening feasting on dishes of seasonal bounty brought to you fresh from the field and cooked over raw flames.
Our talented chef Darren Ross will use the freshest ingredients straight from the farms, fields and forests around Low Auldgirth to create a bespoke menu celebrating the best of local food.
Each ticket includes:
- A seasonal drink on arrival (non-alcoholic)
- A short introduction to the farm prior to seating
- A multi-course feast highlighting the best of the season
- After dinner drinks of tea and coffee
Please note the supper club is a BYOB event.
